Rev 6:1 I watched as the Lamb opened the first of the seven seals. Then I heard one of the four living creatures say in a voice like thunder, "Come!" I looked, and there before me was a white horse! Its rider held a bow, and he was given a crown, and he rode out as a conqueror bent on conquest. (http://www.apocalipsis.org/fourhorsemen.htm)

The first horsemen arrives on a white horse, with a bow and wearing a crown. This horsemen represented conquest. Many people in recent days see this horse as the Antichrist, however, this horse was sent forward by the Lamb to rid the world of sin and judge the wicked men of earth. How could this be the Antichrist, if he is the most wicked of all? Therefore, it is believed that this horsemen represents someone close to Jesus or even Jesus himself. The bow is now used to attack, like the sword to follow, it is bare when held by the rider of the white horse. This is the only horsemen that has a crown, which again separates him from the other three. There again are different interpretations of this crown, the most prominent claiming it is the "victor's crown (Greek, stephanos)" (Morris, pg. 112). This victor's crown depicts the white horsemen as someone who is to conquer. The idea that Jesus is the first horsemen is strongly enforced by the fact that he also is represented as the last seal. This brings up a common depiction of Jesus as being "the beginning and end" (http://www.apocalipsis.org/fourhorsemen.htm).

As of now in Supernatural, there has been no reference to the horsemen of conquest.
